These terms apply to stores ("you") that install the Kesherly Shopify app ("the app", "we"). By installing or using the app you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

1. What the app does

The app shows pop-ups on your Shopify store with real activity from your store: recent purchases, low stock, how many people are viewing, product views and cart adds, plus a dashboard with impressions, hovers and clicks. You choose which pop-ups appear, their minimums, wording options and look, in the app's settings inside your Shopify admin.

2. Price

The app is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you inside the app in advance, and any charge will be made only through Shopify's billing with your approval.

3. Real data only

The app shows only real numbers from your store and never invents activity. You agree not to use the app, or try to make it show, misleading or false claims to shoppers. You are responsible for the content of your store and for complying with the consumer and privacy laws that apply to it, including telling shoppers about the app in your own privacy notice.

4. Data

You remain responsible for your customers' data; we process it only on your behalf, as described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms and is our data processing agreement with you. We act on shopper privacy requests that Shopify passes to us, and we will tell you within 72 hours if your data is exposed.

5. Permissions

The app reads your orders, products and stock. It never changes products, orders, customers or prices. The "write_app_proxy" permission only lets the pop-up use the address /apps/kesherly on your store.

6. Availability

We work to keep the app running and correct, but it is provided "as is". If the app cannot load, the pop-ups simply do not appear; your store keeps working normally.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost sales or profits) arising from the use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending

You can stop at any time by switching the app embed off or uninstalling the app. When you uninstall, your access token is removed at once and buyer details are erased when Shopify asks us to (48 hours later). We may suspend the app for a store that misuses it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you inside the app.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
